The Dean and Shelton Village Calendar
Entering your photographs
Entry is free to The Dean and Shelton Village Calendar competition, so to enter your photographs of Upper Dean, Lower Dean and Shelton, please let us have your favourite landscape or vignette of a scene from the three villages. We will also require colour photographs taken at different times of the year as our Calendar will show twelve months, so seasonal images that include frost, snow, harvesting, sunsets and sunrises would all be welcome as would photographs showing mists, Snowdrops, Daffodils, Roses and autumnal colour, however, we would also be interested in photographs of events held in the village, key buildings, telephone boxes, post boxes, bridges, the brook, flowerpots, sheep, cattle and horses. As a guide, it is best not to include people in your pictures unless they are walking away from the camera. Photographs of special historic interest can also be submitted these can be black and white and could make the cover! Entry is open to any amateur photographer you do not need to be from the three villages to enter.
